Sweets Kendamas has a Return Policy and a Shipping Policy.

For returns, items that are defective or damaged in transit may be eligible for return. However, Sweets Kendamas is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival.

As for the shipping policy, they offer Sweets Shipping Protection. This protection allows for a refund or replacement right away without having to wait weeks for claims to be processed by carriers. If the shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it, they ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If items arrive damaged in transit or some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit, you should contact them immediately. However, they do not cover missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you, delays in transit, orders marked as unfulfilled or unshipped, orders stuck in customs, or items that are returned to them for a refund or exchange that are not in a resalable condition. If your parcel is lost or damaged, you can contact them at cs@sweetskendamas.com. A member of their customer service team will assist you within 24-48 hours.
